Virtual Case 2 Description

Here is your introduction to Big Data Analytics. Download the Analytics Example file here. Use Pivot tables to answer the following questions, and post pictures of the Pivot Table results on your web page. Name the page something that our TA can clearly find, for example “Analytics” or “VC2”.

Question 1: Who is your largest customer (by total purchase amount)?

Question 2: Who is your largest customer of smart phones (by total purchase amount)?

Question 3: Which customer had the most orders (count… any purchase amount counts as ONE order) of CPUs in 2019?

Here’s the point breakdown for VC2:

VC2 is a 100 point assignment.

10 points off: For EACH week past the original deadline that your VC is posted late.

Since the TA grades Virtual Cases at the deadline shown on our online Course Schedule, if you are late finishing a VC, you must send an email to the TA giving notification when you complete it, and that is the date/time used to determine your point deduction. If you do not send a notification to the TA via email, you will get a 0 on the Virtual Case.

0 points off: page is creative, attractive, PERFECT both aesthetically and functionally.

5 points off: at the TA’s discretion for poor layout, color scheme, etc. Basically if it’s hard to read, doesn’t line up or something.

Up to 20 points off for each question answered incorrectly
